Privacy statement
What we do with your data when you request a demo or join the waiting list.
What this site actually does today
- A request keeps your name, company, e-mail address and, if you fill them in, your telephone number and your message. Also your legal form, your number of employees and what you use now.
- Your IP address is not kept. A keyed fingerprint of it is, to keep the form from being abused.
- After twelve months all of those personal fields are erased. What is left is the legal form, the size and the month — which says nothing about you any more.
- A waiting-list signup only counts once you have followed the link in your e-mail. If you do not, your address is erased after a week.
- Only we read this data, and that is enforced in the database itself rather than only in the software.
- The server is in Amsterdam, inside the EU. There is no script from any other party on this site: no typeface from elsewhere, no analytics service, no captcha.
- There are no cookies beyond your session and the protection of the form. That is also why there is no cookie notice.
